Clifford Pleau Joins Bonefish Grill as VP of Culinary Research & Development

Award-winning chef will oversee food innovation and menu development

Clifford Pleau will lead culinary initiatives and menu development at Bonefish Grill as the new vice president of research and development. Chef Pleau is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has extensive experience with developing restaurant concepts including California Grill at Walt Disney Word and Seasons 52.
