Full of fresh and innovative dishes, our menu specializes in seasonal fresh fish, and indulgent appetizers like our guest favorite, Bang Bang Shrimp. Dinner, Lunch, or Brunch, you know when you walk into Bonefish Grill you’ll find that we do it right, every single time.

Simply great food starts with our focus on elegant simplicity — making everything that we serve as simple as possible, but no simpler. We prepare every fish with just the right amount of seasonings, emphasizing the natural flavors and textures of the finest ingredients and tested recipes.

Fresh is Our Signature

Freshness brings flavor and color, and the best quality you can get. That’s why we put so much work into sourcing the best, freshest ingredients. We catch fish from all over the world and hand-cut it in house daily. We pair them with the freshest vegetables we can find to create a perfect meal, each and every time.

At Bonefish Grill, fresh also means making our soups, sauces and signature dressings in house, and finishing your meal with a dessert made by our chef that day.

Wood-burning Grill

After our chefs simply season your fish, they cook it to perfection over a wood-burning grill. Our grills are loaded every morning with oak wood that burns hot and crackles to infuse our fish with the unforgettable, savory flavor you can only get at Bonefish Grill.

At Bonefish Grill our featured specials are selected by nature, and perfected by us. Every season, our local chefs work with local fisherman to source the freshest fish. From our Florida Stone Crabs in the winter, to the Maryland Soft Shell Crabs that peak in the spring, to the Rockfish you’ll discover in the west coast during the summer, we’re committed to serving you seasonal seafood and local favorites throughout the year.
