Bonefish Grill Honors U.S.S. Bonefish Submariners
Bonefish Grill remembers and honors the U.S.S. Bonefish (SS 223), lost at sea during its eighth and final patrol on June 18, 1945 when it was presumably sunk in a counterattack near Japan during World War II. To pay tribute to the 85 submariners on board, a painting hangs in the original Bonefish Grill in St. Petersburg, Fla.
