The result of this partnership is a crisp, flavorful and unique flavor profile that beautifully balances the dishes created by our Executive Chef, Justin Fields.

Weedon Island White Blend is estate grown & bottled in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. It is a unique blend made of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc - aged in oak barrels and filled with aromas of apricot, honey, orange blossoms and a hint of lychee. The palate is clean and fresh with flavors of white peach, ripe melon and nectarine - designed to pair perfectly with the flavors of our fresh oak-grilled seafood.
