We go to the Arctic for fresh fish, where sometimes the weather has other plans. To docks and ports in villages that are so far North they call them "outposts". To where the fishermen are - because that's where the fish are. We do all this to put fresh Arctic Charr and Wolf Fish on your plate. That's what we do.
