Music has always played a vital role in our Bonefish Grill experience. Each Notes From The Road episode was filmed at a Bonefish Grill location in 2008. Interviews took place in our big-city bar, and concerts were performed in our dining room. Artists shared the excitement and intrigue of touring through hour-long episodes combining live performances and personal, seldom-told tales of past tours. Each episode features a different artist’s personality, viewpoint, experiences and music. We hope you enjoy these videos as much as we do!
Most importantly, this series gave us the ability to deepen our relationship with Ocean Trust. $10,000 per show was donated to Ocean Trust in the featured artist’s name. Consistent with our dedication to effectively manage our natural resources, our world environment and our ocean fisheries, we are proud to be affiliated with Ocean Trust, an award-winning ocean conservation foundation building science, conservation and industry partnerships for the sustainability of the oceans and providing a link to sustainable fisheries, wildlife and the environment.
