Gone fishin' to Grenada in search of the freshest snapper, pompano and mahi mahi (Dorado, as the locals call it). By day I cross the jungle, by night I taste the rum. This is a full day's work.
My local guide, Fire, has told me about a fish market in Grenville, and a nutmeg factory on the way. I'm here at a good time, the fish are biting. That means I'll probably be returning in a heavier plane. If not, there's always Belize.
