We ask that you not utilize these unauthorized services because they typically charge a significant mark-up on our food, do not maintain the quality of the food to Bonefish standards and often, despite your paying them a service charge and tip, do not tip the hard-working Anglers who take care and pride in preparing your meal. We have always supported and will continue to support controlled fishing regulations or laws that promote the sustainability of all fish species. It is in our best interest to do so as this directly affects the future viability of our company. We also utilize cutting-edge Aquaculture to help take the pressure off of commercial fishing. Does Bonefish Grill utilize reliable species authentication methods?
Yes, we have adopted a species authentication program that includes random and frequent DNA testing of our vendors on certain species of fish. Currently, Grouper and Genuine American Red Snappers are targeted.
