Our objective is to identify, present, and debate the most current insights and information on: ocean status, sustainability, product authentication, global trends, biomass, annual catch limits, NGO’s and changing fish migrations, aquaculture production methods and sources, and how the conditions of each should impact our decision processes.
This information will be periodically derived from leading experts in academia, research, fishery organizations, and other credible contributing sources, allowing the OSI management team to make the most informed seafood purchasing decisions at all times. There is also an ongoing auditing and sampling program establish that helps ensure that we are providing the great quality seafood that our customers expect.
