Does Bonefish Grill provide any online ordering or delivery services?
No, Bonefish Grill does not provide any online ordering or delivery services. Any company or service that offers to deliver Bonefish Grill food is neither authorized nor condoned by Bonefish Grill or Bloomin' Brands, Inc. We ask that you not utilize these unauthorized services because they typically charge a significant mark-up on our food, do not maintain the quality of the food to Bonefish standards and often, despite your paying them a service charge and tip, do not tip the hard-working Anglers who take care and pride in preparing your meal. Bonefish Grill is not responsible for any pricing established by or any service provided by any online ordering or delivery company.
Can the Bonefish Grill menu be duplicated, reproduced or distributed?

Does Bonefish Grill add MSG to any of their dishes?
If you have an allergy/sensitivity to MSG, please be sure to ask for the managing partner or manager on duty upon arrival to the restaurant and explain your special dietary need to them. We do not add MSG in-house to any of our seasonings, salad dressings, or our entrees, however, there are some items that contain a type of MSG that occurs naturally. These items would include tomatoes, mushrooms, some cheeses, and anything made with beef, chicken, crab and other bases (hydrolyzed protein). We do have 2 items that come to us with MSG in them, they are our cheese sauce base and Andouille sausage.
These are the items you should avoid when you visit us: Organic chick peas and greens seasonal garnish, Saucy Shrimp appetizer, Corn Chowder w/Lump Crab, Caesar dressing (the only salad dressing recommended is our Citrus Herb dressing) and parmesan cheese, Potatoes Au Gratin, Island rice, Pistachio Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout, Diablo Shrimp Fettuccine, Chicken Marsala, Crab Cakes appetizer, Creole Sauce, Spaghetti Squash, Imperial Longfin and anything with the Imperial topping, and the Lime Tomato Garlic topping for any of the grilled fish. If you order the Mussels Josephine, House Salad or Florida Cobb Salad, ask for them without tomatoes. Avoid Marinara sauce, and if you order the Fontina Chop, ask for it without the Marsala sauce.
At Bonefish Grill, we are very concerned about allergic reactions and/or dietary restrictions that our guests might have. The information presented here is for informational purposes only and was NOT created by registered dietitians or food allergen experts. This information should not take the place of any appropriate medical or professional care/advice. Please consult your doctor, practitioner, and/or pharmacist for any further advice before making dietary changes.
How does Bonefish Grill ensure that they are using environmentally safe seafood?
We have always supported and will continue to support controlled fishing regulations or laws that promote the sustainability of all fish species. It is in our best interest to do so as this directly affects the future viability of our company. We also utilize cutting-edge Aquaculture to help take the pressure off of commercial fishing. We are very "green" when it comes to sustainability issues. For more information on sustainability and overfishing, please click here. Key species of concern include Sea Bass (.pdf) and Grouper.
Does Bonefish Grill utilize reliable species authentication methods?
Yes, we have adopted a species authentication program that includes random and frequent DNA testing of our vendors on certain species of fish. Currently, Grouper and Genuine American Red Snappers are targeted.
Is Bonefish Grill concerned with the environmental impacts and health concerns of farm-raised products?
Yes, and Aquaculture Farms utilize the natural environment to raise their fish and supply the most genuine environment possible. They also use the most nourishing feed possible and produce fish that meet specific requirements set by the FDA.
